Serve as the Owner’s Representative, prepare
construction contracts per approved plans; negotiate payment schedule; negotiate
change orders, if applicable; provide jobsite coordination, manage project budget (hard
& soft cost), provide construction & budget status reports; manage construction
schedule, conduct quality control meetings; attend city inspections, as needed; and
provide overall supervision of construction project from start to finish.


Program & Design Management

 This includes the preparation and management of the overall project budget, including, construction budget and soft costs. We will manage the procurement of services from outside firms, including executive architects and engineers and other specialty consultants, as well as develop a space plan and
coordination of architectural planning/draftsman's services.


Preconstruction Services

 Coordinate a maximum of (3) bid walks with
contractors and/or trades; provide a written narrative of work per trade; collaborate with
your design professional and/or building management on request for clarifications/
request for information (RFI / RFC) process; and develop preliminary construction
budget and schedule.
